The "Curriculum of Entrepreneurial Competences for Migrants" is meticulously crafted to provide migrants with the tools they need to navigate the complexities of entrepreneurial ventures. In the age of Industry 4.0 and artificial intelligence, where innovation and digitalization redefine traditional business landscapes, the curriculum emphasizes competencies aligned with contemporary entrepreneurial demands. .
This analysis, based on 150 surveys of migrants from Africa, Syria, Morocco, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Albania, highlights a pressing issue. These migrants, living in Italy, Greece, Turkey, and Spain, are dissatisfied with their current jobs and the lack of training. Their desire for new skills indicates their need for inclusion and more dignities life style
Industry 4.0 describes the organisation of production processes based on technology and devices autonomously communicating with each other along the value chain: a model of the ‘smart’ factory of the future where computer-driven systems monitor physical processes, create a virtual copy of the physical world and make decentralised decisions based on self-organisation mechanisms.
